A message dated May 11, 2004, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 275(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 275(JUD)                                                   
     "An Act relating to animals, and to the care of and to cruelty to
